Rape - what should be the punishment

I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...

igotapluscom honestly the only thing that would be logical is for the guy to go to prison and get raped by the goverment everyday his in prison with like very long year termes 50 years !

My best friends father is raising his 2-year-old granddaughter. Why? The child's parents are too busy partying and getting in trouble to do it their selves. He fought for custody to save this little girl, but I see how hard it is...
