Everyday I listen to the news on the radio and I become more depressed with the state of our planet. If it is not war, it is global warming etc. I stopped watching TV news long ago because the images would occasionally stress me...

How many people really believe that stress can kill you. I was reading an article that stress can cause physical syptoms to your body and make you really sick. Has anybody ever experienced getting sick over stress??
