Ravenladyj I'm happiest any time I spend with my kids...even the times when we are butting heads and not seeing eye to eye are happy times for me...I love my kids more than anything so yea definately any time spent with them is an extremely happy time :-)

angel3 hi indiogeek, I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure so things I would say to watch out for are fried foods, definitely pork fat of any kind, if your mum likes bacon, then cut all the fat off. Lamb cutlets are quite fatty. Grill everything...

snookumsnort fatty foods usually. my father-in-law loves to eat pork cracklings, suckling pig, and most things with pork fat. these trigger his high blood pressure.
