Whats the best local food or recipe in your area? Here in the Manila, for me, the best is Adobo. Its pork or chicken marinated in soy sauce and vinegar. Pretty tasty!

irishka The best local food for me, of my country Moldova is special prepared mushrooms with sauce a meat prepared in wine with a some vegetables and special sauce. The meat is prepared on the fire outside, Pretty tasty!!!!
