This is a writing by my student. I have to admit that even if you are short ,you also have the potential to become a good basketball player. Now, I have polished the writing, but I really want to know how to improve it further....

I have this question in my teaching: how to complain in English. I racked my brains so hard only with some odd sentences. Suppose you complain to the manager of a restaurant when you find the fish you ordered taste so terrible....

freshrainer Thank you for your hard work. To be honest, I never knew writing this kind of letter required that much. My appreciation and respect go to all my friends here. I have added some presuppoisition that the manager happen not be in the office.
