ishmeet007 noo, not at all//.. a person requires atleat 7-8 hours of sleep out of a day of 24 hours ..failing to which sleep debt starts and people get prone to various problems like B.P., diabetes..so it is a must 4 all to sleep atleat 4 7 hours if not 8...

ishmeet007 i not at all fear darkness. it is an element of nature. like how there's light there's even darkness. rather i recommend everyone not to fear darkness as there's no major reason for the same.
