ivanoroma1 First of all cut down on sugar(including soda ) . Second i would reccomend to drink a gallon of distilled water a day ( yes a gallon )and start exercising a few times a week . That's what i did and now i am in perfect (ok almost )shape!good luck

i am sorry to say but i used to steal when i was younger..... i used to steal a peice of bubble gum everytime i went to the gas station untill i got cought. i used to steal from my school also.... and one time i stole from party...

ivanoroma1 ok i used to steal too when i was younger!! and i got my brother involved too , we used to go to the grocery everyday after school to steal candies and chocolate ( it went well for 2 weeks till my mother found out and that was not a funny at all lol)
