What are the benefits from having a home gym set up in you home? With a good gym in your own home, you can start your training whatever suits you, without having to be bothered by getting stuck in heavy traffic of traffic jams....

ivarmj i totally agree with you but you dont need any weights your body could be you own gym equipment. running and climbing stairs makes you drop weight quickly
