jackooneleg stop having dairy products and anything with gluton in ;i.e bread biscuits milk eggs coffee] no sugar.smaller portions of food is a good way to start. drink herbal teas' and warm water

jackooneleg 4 chicken breasts put in a casserole dish and pour two cans of coke cola over them. then cook in oven [gas 6] for 1 and half hours;; serve with rice and vegetables;; tastes delicious
