JackTerre Fast food meals are more often than not very high in saturated fat and sodium, so while they are quick and easy, you will regret it in the long run. Home cooked meals are usually much healthier often containing multiple food groups.

JackTerre I'm not 100% sure on this one, but I think if you don't have a bank account to directly transfer the money to you can request a check, but it probably takes some time to get to you and I believe there's a fee of about $1.50 USD per check.
