I have been smoking a pack of 20's a day for 20 years. Am trying to quit now - have not smoked for almost 24 hours! Is there anything one can do when you are really hangning for a smoke?

My dog would love to, but she has a soft bed of her own in the same room. She used to sleep on the bed, but she got so snarly if I moved, I put her out...but still near by.
