mariaperalta Well Id say some countries do. I used to call a phone company from the usa. Id get an operator in India.. I could not understand a word the kid said. So Id say some do hire people without good english skills.

ctryhnny I could never see paying to send a child to school. Homeschooling can be good but I think the kids miss the interaction with other kids their age. You have to really check them out before sending your child there.
