jalarie Dear MysirAylon, I don't beleive that drinking coffee is good for the health. I do know that drinking too much is bad though! So like with anything, moderation is a key. As for being a good source of anti-oxydant... not sure! If you want a very good source...

I go back and forth. In the summer I love the early mornings when it is cool and fresh. I like to go out on the patio and have my first cup of coffee before any wakes up. Then watch the kids slowly get up with that cute first...
