Which is more important, the movie or the star?

If you want to see a movie, which is much more important to you: the movie itself or you see it just for the star you like? How movie stars effect their movies?

jamie19 We all know it's important to pay attention to what movie goes. but we cannot deny some tims we watch some boring films for being influenced by stars/ visiual image always come first, and we can judge easily in a short period.
