Foods/Dishes to Prevent Constipation

I suffer from constipation always. Prunes is the only fruit that works for me. But I'm getting tired of eating prunes, besides, they are quite expensive. Can you suggest foods or dishes that I can eat so I don't get constipated?...

janeellen50 I would suggest walking between a half mile to a mile each day. Just brisk walking....That will help "move the bowels". Also do a search on foods that cause constipation and try to avoid them...

Extra Income
