janmejay it is really time that the traffic department thinks of that funny line " Horn OK Please" since it is no more "OK". the traffic department should start taking strict measures who unnecessarily horn continuously.

janmejay it is really sad to here that the store had such an attitude. in fact the store should have a policy designed as to what should be done in the case of an accident and not run away from it. anyway the store would have been in trouble for not putting up the wet...
