janmejay if the package is good enough then the family can also be considered to move. but in any case family is more important if it is not possible to move.

Bath or Shower, Which do you prefer?

I am sure lots of people like to take a bath. There are probably lots of folks that would prefer a shower. Which type are you? Why do you prefer one over the other? Personally, I prefer a shower, my reason is that I don't see...

as all we know that india is one of the leading countries of the world and we are seeing a lot of improvement in our country. but at the cost of what things? 1. hunger 2. poorness 3. corruption 4. maturity at low age 5....

janmejay its true that India is paying the cost to become a leading country, but everything comes at a price. and no country can have a perfect economy, but a better one only. the sad thing is that people have to sacrifice their social life to live that bit better...

If Rent is Late , Should Landlord still do repairs to home?

A lady I work with has lost the heat in her home. She wont call the landlord to fix it because she has not paid this months rent. I told her to call him anyway. She says she is just not comfortable asking him to fix heater...

janmejay she should call the landlord, b'coz she is anyway going to pay the rent. since she pays the rent late, the landlord might also do it a bit late but he will do it, he has to.
