jareeh Hi there 'ANITA2412'. It did not work with me!! lol* Could NOT SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. For me, i go out for long walks at Night, under the stars. That is Cool and it works Great with me. :)

jareeh Hi there 'myserenity'. Thank you for your post. You've reminded me of a trick I used to do and it works well. Wear a rubber-band on your wrist and whenever you get non-positive thoughts, pull it up then.... OUCH!!:) This will distract your thoughts, and...

jareeh Hi there 'Rozie37'. Yes, I have experienced a high spiritual level, but the challenge i am facing is how to stay High most of the time? I know that we can not stay high all the time, but most of the time is good :-)
