ANITA2412 when I am really low that is when i fight with my really closed ones i tend to irritate them and nag them which further fuels the situation!so now I have found out an innovative way of cooling my temper down or when I am feeling really low I go to sleep!sleep...

Rozie37 I put on my gospel music and reflect on how good God has been in my life. I also like to pray and ask him to lift my spirit. I can get alone with God and think on his goodness and cool out feeling so good that I feel like bouncing off the walls. Have you ever...
