Jasmeh Wow, congrats for that good result. As for me, its like punishment. I still weight more than what I had before. After giving birth 17 months ago, now its really hard to loss weight.

I mean I can't sleep without my hand placed under my back, as well as I have a friend who cannot sleep without a mosquito net on her feet. How about you?

Jasmeh I used to rub my feet on the mosquito net before. But now I am contented rubbing it on my pillow especially if ti covers with soft satin cloth.
