I cooked adobo earlier for our dinner, good thing we have instant mix recipe of our favorite Adobo sa Gata ( coconut milk ) and they did not notice that it is not a natural coconut milk. hehe

Apple Cider, is it really effective?

I'ved been drinking apple cider for a couple of weeks. I also read that it helps to decrease the sugar level in the body and it is helpful for wight loss. What can you say?
