these days wifi is very much in, where you can be connected at all places as long as your computer has enough charge, but is it safe to acess wireless modem durinf rain and lightning

I am running Windows XP Professional right now and I know that Windows Vista's new interface rocks, but the question is, will it be worth it to upgrade?

jay185 I have downloaded their vista checker program, and It shows that I can upgrade to vista without any problems :) i'll wait for more inputs
