jayemway thanks veromar, at least i now know that i'm not alone who had experienced this situation. for now, we'll just wait and see what would the admin do about it, but i still continue to view the ads, though.

jayemway thanks, m_janey...:) well, if indeed they have a choice, they would prefer working here together with their family rather than work abroad and risk of having a problem worst than financial matters.
