Is your child safe from your baby sitter?

Leaving your child at home with his/her nanny? Are you sure your baby is in the safe hands? What do you think that a baby sitter may posses to get that trust? Is there any guidelines before hiring a nanny?

Dont you think its outside the boundary and envading employee private privacy? Some companies are having this kind of set-up on there office/work area. Although employees have been payed by the company, do think they trust you?...
