Jdmaurer16 No its all correct. The minimum payout WAS $1, but its $5 now. Check the website, it updated today. And as for the payouts, it only mentions PayPal, and when I go to the cashout page, it only shows PayPal.

Jdmaurer16 Not exactly. What you do is, you buy an e-envelope for, lets say $1.00. Then you envelope will contain cash amounts from $0.25 to about $100. You will never know what you will get! I think they are fun, but would it be considered gambling?
