jeanryzel Yes, I do have but I prefer to use the pc instead of the television for news. I don't have a dvd player inside the room, so it does not function much.

jeanryzel I agree too. Perhaps because I am not a martyr type of person. If one truly loves his/her partner, there is no space for infidelity.

Do you think eating less but sleeping much can add up weight?

I am eating less but I sleep much as 8-10 hours a day. I have noticed that my weight is increasing. I found it difficult to lose weight.

jeanryzel Thank you very much for your comment LouRhi. I think I have a slow metabolism so I just decided to eat less. But now I have started to eat more vegetables and fruits rich in fibers.

I wanted to be sexy like I was in previous years. Tired of doing bodily exercises, I preferred to eat plain oatmeal for several days until I got headache and stomach upset and was collapsed. Family and friends came over to help...
