jeckzki I think it is not advisable to drink coke everyday. My grandmother got diabetes from drinking too much coke she use to drink 8 bottles a day and now she is suffering fron it. Coke has too much sugar and added some ingredients which are not good for the body....

jeckzki I helped an old lady pass a street. It always feels good when you help someone. Also i gave an apple to a beggar. Although its a small thing but i know it is appreciated.
