bournecaindelta It's the rating. The more + people rate you, the greater the star number. If you hover your mouse over the star, you will see your score too. for 100. You get it when you cross 100 posts, and I'm quite surprised you noticed it so late. Anyways, good luck...

myLot! That is correct, the reward per task is set by the task creator. Just remember that if you are too cheap then no one will do your task or they will not do it well.
