jemifer Verification of account differs in each country. In US you have to use your bank account to get a verified status but in other countries it could be the debit/credit card. Just go to your PayPal account and in the My Account page you should see a link there...

jemifer yes, they only allow 4 ads per day. so if you want to reach the $2, you have to hit those ads everyday because you cannot add direct referrals until after a month.
