OMG I just can't belive this. This poor toddler was beaten and abused for days on end and even though she was seen being abused by the neighbours they did nothing about it because they were scared yet at any time they couldve rung...

Suppose a man of about 60 years gets together with a woman about 25-30 years younger or so. She has one or two kids and is divorced and struggling to make a living supporting her kids. Both adults like each other and get along...
