jesper I think different countries have different popular sports, though in most of the countries, football is definitely more popular than most sports.

jesper Chelsea have prove themselve to be a world class team for the past 2 seasons. I am a chelsea fan, thus I believe that Chelsea is the better team, though Man Utd have the edge in the Premiership now. Perhaps the champion league will show which is the better...

How many hours of sleep do you get everyday?

And how do you feel about it? Do you think you are getting enough sleep/rest or whenever you get up in the morning you feel like you are still exhausted? I probably get 6 hours of sleep, and I really want to get some more time...

jesper I sleep average 6 to 8 hours per day. I think that it is as important to choose when you sleep as how long you slept. For example, I will feel more refresh and less exhausted when I sleep for 8 hours from 11 pm to 7 am as compared to sleeping for 10 hours...
