I need to know, if a person in the U.S.A. calls from her cell phone another person who is in Italy (always a cell phone) and the receiver does NOT answer the call, is the U.S. person going to be charged anyway? Thanks!!!

howard96h I would say no if no one answers. If their voice mail comes on, then yes. I make calls from the US to England a lot but I always use a pre paid calling card that way no charges go on my cell. I buy a card for $5.00 and get 4 hours talk time.

DeenaD I do. My sister, who is a few years younger than me, was a BIG fan when she was a teenager. I liked them, too, but not as much as she did. I don't own any of their CDs, but when I hear them on my car radio, I will always turn the volume up and sing along....
