How to submit links to Stumbleupon without their tool bar?

Sometimes I have some nice links to submit to Stumbleupon, but not often, so I don't want to install their tool bar. Without the tool bar, I can't find a way to submit. Do you know how to submit on their website?

Should we remove TV from kid's life?

I know people who are elder than 40 were raise up without TV and they are doing fine. They didn't miss any wonderful thing in their life. I see many kids dig in TV all the day. What's so good in the TV? Nothing in general....
