jayanti jha i feel like promising myself something good in the future gets me to work in the present. also, just one call to my mom telling her im not being able to work gets me a good old scolding which puts me right on track :)

The low was around 78 this morning when I went on my 2.15 mile walk. I was waiting for the sun to rise so that I could get started. It was so comfortable out and I didn't even break much of a sweat even though I went two miles....
