jhallii VISTA has got many good characteristics to choose it like security,easy install and many more but still many probs also thr in it and also get costly as need extra accesories in installing it but still not dissatisfied wth present OS.

jhallii its fair to have such rule to have fine for using mobile coz many accidents caused due to mobile using and driving a skill but sme may get distracted while using mobile while driving ,,,,u r rite mobile for urgent calls but u can receivewhile not in drive.
