jimotman I was 28 and my wife was 30, and I think we're never ready until we experience it. It was really hard at first, but as the child gets bigger, we get used to it.

Maybe I'm overly compulsive, but everytime I throw something into the kitchen trash, I feel the need to wash my hands. And, I feel that way especially if I'm about to eat food. I just don't want those germs to go into my mouth....

jimotman for me, it depends on what I throw away. If it's dry trash I don't wash my hands, but if it's wet trash, especially when the trash get to my hands, of course I will wash my hands. Also, if I have to touch the lid to open the trash can, I will wash my hands.

jimotman usually I will eat my wife's cookings.. but when she's not cooking, we'll go out to a restaurant or I go out and buy some food and bring them home and we'll eat together.

jimotman yes it must be a change, and I hope it's a good change. Whether Hillary (first woman president) or Obama (first black president) are better than Bush. So I just very glad that Bush will not be the president again.

jimotman it's because when you're older, you're afraid to get sick if you're playing in the rain. unlike children who don't have any fear, they will play in the rain, and because they don't think they will get sick, usually they don't get sick! me myself enjoy the rain...

jimotman I prefer light topics, not the serious ones.. because it's much easier to respond, for me, but if I see a serious but interesting topics, I will respond to them, but I just prefer lighter simpler topics.. the simpler topics will get more responses I think
