Jingoo Most definately you have to do it yourself. Why should you even look for alternatives. In the first place you should not let it come to that. Errands be it household or otherwise have to be shared by both so it does not come to this stage when one has to say...

Jingoo my ideal sunday would be getting up very late in the morning. Having a late brunch and then sleeping again. In the evenings going to church and then having a nice meal somewhere. At the end of a entire week at work lazing would be my best bet
