Hi, i've tried to quit smoking but could never completely quit it. But i could reduce from 5 to 2 cigarettes per day, If you have succeeded in quiting then please give me some tips to quit this habit?

adnan007 It is very hard to leave smoking but if you are sucessful to leave it then you will be able to leave a longer life as smoking leads to many dieseases such as cancer,asthama etc.

hi, i go to sleep at around 11 in the morning as i work in night shifts. well during the day i sleep only for 5-6 hours. what time do you go to bed and how many hours do you sleep?

Simplemind26 I usually go to bed at around midnight.I cant sleep earlier than that.I require only 6 hours of sleep.Mind you i drink also alot of cofee durring the morning to keep me going.

rebelmom13 I don't think that age has anything to do with being ready to get married. My son's father is 28 and he still acts like he is a child. I believe that if you are a mature adult that truly loves someone then you are ready to get married.

How many hours of sleep is necessary for a normal person?

I work in night shifts and sleep all through the day. i usually used sleep for abt 8-9 hours. I have cut down on my sleep and now I'm sleeping for only 6 hours. Is it sufficient. Does it cause any health problems...please comment

rinaaus One day has 24 hour, it's divided into 3 parts: 8 hour for sleep, 8 hour for working and 8 hour for other activities. I just follow this schedule, and I'm very fine and healthy now.
