JJOD2007 Yes I do. It's true that drinking green tea will help you in losing weight. Me and my brother have lost some weight by the drinking it. Also drinking green tea helps to clear your skin.

JJOD2007 For me drinking coffee is part of my day. It helps me to energize. I observe that when I drink coffee it helps me my digestion, and in losing weight. I drink 2 cupsof coffee the most in a day.
