Colene I have 6 kids. Sometime I make them breakfast or smoothies, but most mornings they have to make themselves something to eat. I would hate to have to get up everyday to hope that people likes what I cooked. They better appreciate anything I give them lol.

luisadannointed Lol! It's hard with critic but it's can make you a better cook. Hehehe. God bless and have a great day. My. Mom is the best cook ever, but sometimes I tell her if her new recipe is a knock outfit just a plain bland.

Libby Allen The problem is that the body doesn't know how to process those "fake sugars," so it has to deal with them like poisons. Plus, you've got that taste of sugar, but your body hasn't registered the usual reaction to sugar, so you get even more cravings.
