john2001 When you are healthy it means that you are wealthy.Look at the third world country.common people starving in food and have skinny body while wealthy people have lots of money to spend for their health,taking vitamins,exercise etc.That's my idea.

john2001 i did not calculate how many glasses of water i drink everyday, all i know is i drink lot of it especially in every meal and importantly if i have a fever or cough.i think its a good reliever.

john2001 i smoke ocasionally but when i say i quit smoking i quit.i think its depend upon the personality of a people, as for me its bad for my health and during my smoking times i'd feel weak and always coughing that's why i stop it.its no good for me.
