How does music help you?

i love to listen to music,,,through music i can express my feelings,,, when i'm tired,i just listens to the music... it is motivation...

jojitah music calm my soul. it has an anti-stress effect on me. so whenever i'm in a bad state i just turn on my music player and voila! i feel a lot better already.

jojitah Five years ago my dad died. He suffered a cardiac arrest and the doctors kept on reviving him but unfortunately they couldn't anymore. So yes, I had. Back to happy thoughts. :)
