jollsam yeah ,i have a habit of drinking bed coffee in the morning.....main thing is before v brush our teeth v having the coffe..so v ill get the original taste of it..but only for bed coffee v don need to brush..

jollsam offcourse..i use to do excercise regularly...it makes a human being wealthy..better if we do it in the morning..after that jus take a bath and we ill b fresh for the day.it increases our blood circulation and all..so will be more healthy..
