Jolly Nakibirango You are right about that. Its part of their culture to smile even amidst adversary. They have mastered the art of leaving their worries at their point and catching up later on them but not bringing them to the workplace.

Jolly Nakibirango @Shavkat I truly understand what it means to go through that stage. Even when you are working as a team there is that motivation you need besides the one the company gives. Therefore if it lacks in anyway you tend to find others incompetent.
