Who is Philippines' best president of all time?

I would be very straight and honest, so far I can't make a confident pick who is our best president of all time. It seems that each president through the years have this big flaw that you wouldn't really want for your president....

jonathan_ayen yup! your right I was also born when the time martial-law was declared from Cory Aquino with her kamag-anak incorporated some people said she brought back democracy but people must remember, that she also took our freedom from us, when she replace public...
