Joshua Yocum Yeah anxiety is a lot more scarier than most people would think. And yes doctors got me on medicine at the moment but hoping i don't gotta stay on it to long.

Joshua Yocum @shubhu3 I actually have been trying to work out more. A bit sore from overdoing it the other day lol but yes working at being more healthy is becoming more of a goal of mine and working out more is a great idea to relieve anxiety. Thank you ^_^
