it is known that people have to sleep to function, and that normal time of sleep is about 8 hours; but becouse of studying working and partying people often sleep less... or sleep in afternoon too... but can we function by living...

Few months ago, had such a bad anxiety attack it turned into a panic attack which ended me up in the ER. And its a experience id never wish upon anyone from how scary it really is. I know anxiety attacks are all in the mind but...

I had some sort of anxiety attack before it was very difficult. I feel dizzy in my head. I thought I would lose my mind. I hope it will be my last. Try to take some medicines for anxiety and it would help a lot

@josh1920 I understand. Try some workout be it at gym or at home, something which engages you so that it relaeases your anxiety.

So, our guy friend has been over the last couple'a weekends helping us get the house ready for the dialysis nurse to do her annual inspection. The wife suggested he get some ice to put the warm soda over. He goes, gets a "glass"...

I'm not going to say it was the wrong way, it just was the harder way. It still got the ice transferred from one container to the other, but my way was just a couple of simple moves, his was to try and scoop all the ice from one container into the other.
