joyccic Don't care about it too much,because every person make mistakes.It could means that your body being tired recently,so you should find some ways to relax,travelling,shopping,etc.Self-reproach is useless.Best wishes!

joyccic I can live without coffee. In fact, i can't stand with any caffine.I only drank it seven years ago for my college entrance examination.I can't fall asleep when i have it even ten hours past.I like tea!I drink tea every day. I think tea makes me more healthy.
