joymanzanilla I start may morning with coffee as well. And i usually consume 3 cups or more a day. Recent study shows that unlike the old claims that coffee is bad in our health, coffee can lessen the risk of cancer. Thant's why don't be afraid to drink one.

joymanzanilla I lose my confidence when my underarms are wet. how can you raise your hands when it's obvious that your underarms are wet. I think there are people who has this over sweating experiences even it's not triggered by a hot weather.
