I'm thin and I'm in my 20s. I want to know the ways on how to avoid diabetes because I don't want my get my leg amputated. my poor leg. I want to be healthy :)))

jpau08 eat healthy and wisely. eating smaller portions is a great way to lose weight. you can make it look like more by using a smaller plate or a salad plate. avoid snacking while you are cooking. don't be tempted to eat the unfinished food to keep from throwing it...

jpau08 the harp is beautiful instrument, one that many people admire, but fear they will never be able to play. the truth is it can be simple and rewarding with just a little bit of hard work and knowledge... :)
